This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry or communicate with us about our products and business partnerships. We have not appointed a data protection officer. Privacy requests are handled through the contact address above.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
Our general enquiry form collects your email address and message. Our distributor enquiry form collects your name, company name, email address, telephone number and message.
When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your correspondence and any other information you choose to provide.
Form submissions are stored through Wix Forms. Contact information provided through the forms may also create or update a record in Wix Contacts. Submission notifications are delivered through Wix's notification services.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Our forms are not intended for patient records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information.
Technical information
Our website hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, request times and information about errors or suspected misuse. Our forms use automated spam filtering. Cookies and similar technologies are described in Section 7.
3. Why we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
• Responding to enquiries: Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests and providing information about our products and business.
• Managing distributor and other business relationships: Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with business contacts and developing and maintaining those relationships.
• Taking steps towards a contract: Where you personally request steps towards a contract with us, we process the necessary information to take those steps at your request. For people representing a company, we generally rely on our legitimate interest in managing the business relationship.
• Operating and protecting the website: Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable service, preventing spam and investigating misuse. Separate consent requirements apply to cookies and similar technologies.
• Meeting legal obligations: Where applicable, we process information to meet legal recordkeeping requirements or respond to lawful requests.
• Establishing or defending legal claims: Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our legal rights.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
4. Who receives your information
Our company owner handles website enquiries. Our policy is to restrict internal access to enquiry information to the company owner.
We use Wix for website hosting, forms, contact records, spam filtering and submission notifications. Email service providers also process messages when we receive enquiries and send replies.
Service providers may use subcontractors to deliver their services. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or public authorities where necessary for a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
5. International transfers
Wix and its service providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area, including in Israel.
Wix's data processing agreement provides for transfers to Israel under the European Commission's adequacy decision. Transfers to other countries rely on applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep information
We retain information according to its purpose:
• Closed enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing customer or distributor relationship: We delete the enquiry, associated contact record and related emails 12 months after the last contact, unless further retention is required for a legal obligation or necessary for a legal claim or dispute.
• Distributor and business correspondence: We retain relevant information while discussions or the business relationship remain active. After they end, we retain only information necessary for outstanding obligations, complaints, applicable legal requirements or legal claims. Closed enquiries without an ongoing relationship follow the 12-month rule above.
• Security information: We retain technical information while needed to detect or investigate misuse, resolve security incidents or meet applicable legal requirements.
• Privacy requests: We retain the information necessary to handle the request and demonstrate that we responded appropriately.
These criteria apply to form submissions, contact records and email copies. Information is deleted or anonymised when its retention purpose ends. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are replaced under the relevant provider's backup procedures.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies may also store or access information in your browser.
Our policy is to use only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for website operation and security, without optional visitor analytics or advertising tracking.

You may lodge a complaint with Finland's Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi, or with another competent supervisory authority.
9. Required information and automated processing
Providing information through our forms is voluntary. Fields marked as required are necessary to submit the relevant form. Without sufficient contact details, we may be unable to answer your enquiry.
Our website forms use automated spam checks. These checks help identify unwanted submissions; they do not determine contractual eligibility or make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
